Congrex Switzerland is the official congress partner for hotel accommodation and is the only agency offering accommodation on behalf of SSC/SSCS Joint Annual Meeting 2018. We have knowledge of several agencies offering hotel accommodation for the SSC/SSCS Joint Annual Meeting 2018. Please note that these companies are in no way connected with Congrex Switzerland and SSC/SSCS and we therefore cannot vouch for the services they are offering.

Early booking is highly recommended as rooms traditionally sell fast in prime locations.

Group Reservations

Individual Reservations

Participants can book their hotel room via the registration system. Full prepayment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) is mandatory. After a successful booking, each participant will receive a written confirmation/invoice.

Reservation - Online booking

Participants can book the hotel room together with their online registration or separately. 

Payment Policy

For online reservations, full credit card payment is required. After a successful reservation, you will receive a written confirmation by e-mail. When checking out, all extras (mini-bar, telephone charges, room service, etc.) must be settled with the hotel directly.

General Terms & Conditions

Reservations can only be made online and payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) is mandatory.
For cancellations until 20 March 2018, a handling fee of EUR 60.00 applies.
Cancellations after this date will be charged in full.

Please note that terms and conditions may vary depending on the hotel!

Cancellations of individual nights (i.e. date changes) are also considered as cancellations and will be charged as such.

Changes

Changes can be made via Congrex Switzerland at sgk.hotel[at]congrex.com and are subject to a handling fee of EUR 30.00.
