** Physicians/Scientists in training (born on/after 1 January 1981), students, therapists and nurses need to upload a valid proof confirming their status.
Taking into account the digital format, the registration fees have been reduced accordingly. For those who already registered to the conference prior to 10th February 2021, the registration has been transferred to a 3-day-pass for the digital conference and the differential amount will be refunded. In case of uncertainties please contact the conference secretariat for further information email@example.com.
In order to register to the congress, please log in with your email address and your password if you already have created an account last year. If you do not have an account, you can create a new one. After a successful registration, an invoice or confirmation (depends on your payment) will be send immediately to your email address.
If you are not able to complete the online registration process, kindly send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You can either pay by bank transfer or credit card. All fees for congress registration and additional courses should be paid in CHF in advance to the Congress Secretariat of the SSC/SSCS Joint Annual Meeting 2021, clearly stating the participant’s name, the invoice number and address (when paying by bank transfer).

Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- Cancellations received up and including 5 May 2021: Refund minus 25% handling fee
- No refund on cancellations after 5 May 2021, not even due to visa rejection, illness, etc.
- For any name changes, a fee of CHF 50.00 will be charged. Name changes on individual registrations are only possible until 8 June 2021
Please note that the cancellation policy is deemed to be accepted as soon as the registration has been completed.
The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by "force majeure", or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. Please note: In order to receive the CME certificate after the congress, the participant needs to evaluate the sessions to prove the active participation at the congress. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this provision.
